Not happy with your purchase? Just return it within a week
- There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Return Policy is designed to assist you with your return. You can return or exchange your unopened product within 7 days for a full refund*.
- We regret that we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any goods that the seal has been opened or not in its original condition. No refund will be provided for special price items, if the item itself is not defective.
- Return or exchange postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned or exchanged is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by The Fancy Nails Shop.
- To obtain a refund, just simply fill the form below, and then fill out Lodge a Return form, stating the reason for refund or exchange, then press submit.
- Once we received your return or exchange request, we’ll send a confirmation letter to your email address. So please do not send the item back if you have not received our approval letter.
- A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Return Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
- *Full refund is exclusive postage refund, unless the item(s) returned or exchanged is faulty or not as ordered.
- We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Fancy Nails Shop.
- Delivery may be delayed during massive sales period. We will only process your refund/exchange/return once the product(s) has returned to our warehouse. Products will not be dispatched on weekends and public holidays.
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, just return it within a week.
