What if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
When a product is out of stock at the time of order, you should not be able to add it to your Shopping Cart. If the product is able to be ordered, but then happens to be out of stock with our supplier, we will attempt to contact you and cancel the order and you will receive a full refund in the form of the original payment method.

What payment method do you accept right now?
For retail customers, we now accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX and PAYPAL. For Wholesale customers, please contact contact@fancynails.com.au to obtain other payment methods.
How can I redeem my store credit when check out?
When you go to the final stage of the payment, simply tick the box ‘Use my store credit’ to have credits redeemed against your purchase. The remaining balance will then show on the screen and you can pay it with other payment methods.


What kind of product can I return?
You can return or exchange your unopened product within 14 days for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any goods that the seal has been opened or not in its original condition. No refund will be provided for special price items, if the item itself is not defective.
The following items are not returnable:
- Opened health and beauty items.
- Case packs/bulk purchases.
- Items without original packaging or not in new condition.
Who will be responsible for the return postage?
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Fancy Nails.
How to process the Return?
To obtain a refund, just simply click Return button under Account & Help, and fill out Lodge a Return form, then press submit. Once we received your return or exchange request, we’ll send a confirmation letter to your email address. So please do not send the item back if you have not received our approval letter.


What if I forgot my password?
If you can’t remember your password, simply press the forgot password button under login, enter your email address and submit. We’ll then send the new password reset link to you.
Is My Personal Information Safe With You?
Fancy Nails collect personal information from you so we can provide you with our services, making it easier and more rewarding for you to use our website and services. Any personal information you provide to us is always protected, we will not pass on your personal information to any other third parties without first obtaining your consent.
How Can I Change My Personal Details?
Login and head to the ‘Account’ tab at the bottom of the page, and then select ‘Address Book’ from the column on the left. You can edit your details here.

What if I have special delivery instructions?
At this stage, Fancy Nails does not offer special delivery. We are using Australian Post letters and parcel services for all of our deliveries.
