Purchase

What if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
When a product is out of stock at the time of order, you should not be able to add it to your Shopping Cart. If the product is able to be ordered, but then happens to be out of stock with our supplier, we will attempt to contact you and cancel the order and you will receive a full refund in the form of the original payment method.
Are you doing the wholesale business?

Payment

What payment method do you accept right now?
For retail customers, we now accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX and PAYPAL. For Wholesale customers, please contact contact@fancynails.com.au to obtain other payment methods.
How can I redeem my reward points when check out?
When you go to the final stage of the payment, simply tick the box ‘Use my reward points’ to have points redeemed against your purchase. The remaining balance will then show on the screen and you can pay it with other payment methods.

Returns

What kind of product can I return?
You can return or exchange your unopened product within 7 days for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any goods that the seal has been opened or not in its original condition. No refund will be provided for special price items, if the item itself is not defective.
Who will be responsible for the return postage?
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by The Fancy Nails Shop.
How to process the Return?
To obtain a refund, just simply click Return button under Account & Help, and fill out Lodge a Return form, then press submit. Once we received your return or exchange request, we’ll send a confirmation letter to your email address. So please do not send the item back if you have not received our approval letter.

Why create my account at The Fancy Nails Shop?
Once you have created the new account with the Fancy Nails Shop, you can have faster checkout, view and track orders and instantly earn 350 reward points. Simply sign up and you will have easy control of your purchase.
What if I forgot my password?
If you can’t remember your password, simply press the forgot password button under login, enter your email address and submit. We’ll then send the new password to you.

Is My Personal Information Safe With You?
The Fancy Nails Shop collect personal information from you so we can provide you with our services, making it easier and more rewarding for you to use our website and services. Any personal information you provide to us is always protected, we will not pass on your personal information to any other third parties without first obtaining your consent.
How Can I Change My Personal Details?
Login and head to the ‘Account & Help’ tab at the top of the page, and then select ‘Account Information’ from the column on the left. You can edit your details here.

Delivery

How can I have free delivery?
There’s 2 ways to gain free delivery at the Fancy Nails Shop. One is we offer free standard delivery to Australia for all orders over AU$50 per transaction. The other is we also offer free letter delivery to Australia for orders under AU$50 per transaction with selected items only. (This is for small items which can be contained in the standard Australian Post Letter.) If your order qualify our free letter shipping, you will be given the option during checkout.
How many shipping options can I choose?
You can choose one of our 5 flexible shipping methods. Please see delivery section for more details.
What if I have special delivery instructions?
At this stage, the Fancy Nails Shop does not offer special delivery. We are using Australian Post letters and parcel services for all of our deliveries.

Reward Points

How can I earn reward points?
If you are new to The Fancy Nails Shop, simply create a new account and get 350 reward points. And also if you sign up with our newsletter, you’ll get 550 reward points. $xx reward points equals to $xx. Once you became the regular customer, with every $1 you spend, you’ll get 2 reward points.
